If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in to make a payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can either pay as a guest or create a PayPal account. Currently PayPal accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express and Maestro. Credit and Debit Card transactions are secured by SSL, which encrypts all your data in transit to ensure secure online transactions.

On successful completion of the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email.

Ticket Delivery: Unless otherwise requested, tickets and Membership cards will be issued via post within 14 days of transaction. If a transaction is made purchasing tickets within five working days of the date of the event, the tickets will be held on the Front of House desk for collection on the door when arriving. In which case customers should please be prepared to state their name upon arrival for ticket collection.

Cancellation and refunds: Lichfield Arts reserves the right to alter or cancel (in full or part) events, concerts, festivals and activities at short notice. This includes occasions when the circumstances are beyond Lichfield Arts control such as, but not limited to: cancellation by the venue; cancellation by local authority; changes in law; injury, death, illness of an artist(s) or member of their team; adverse weather; force majeure.

If an event is cancelled more than five days before the expected date of the event, customers will be contacted via: email, post or phone to inform the customer of the cancellation and, if appropriate, the reason for the cancellation. Refunds will be offered to ticket holders with an alternative also being offered if Lichfield Arts deems it appropriate, such as the opportunity to either donate the ticket sale monies to the charity, exchange the tickets for a similar priced event (where availability of tickets allow) or to attend the same or a similar event at a rescheduled date. This does not effect customers statutory rights.

As Lichfield Arts is a charity reliant on ticket sales revenue for funds, and artists performing at Lichfield Arts events will be informed of ongoing ticket sales (and therefore expected artist fees) prior to the event, Lichfield Arts reserve the right to refuse refunds for tickets where the event is expected to go ahead in the format and time/date planned. Lichfield Arts will normally offer the opportunity to exchange tickets for similar tickets up to the same face value, or refunds in exceptional circumstances, however this is at the discretion of Lichfield Arts.

To discuss refunds or exchanges please contact our Office Manager: Mark Jones, Lichfield Arts, Donegal House, Bore Street, Lichfield, WS13 6LU or by email: mark.jones@lichfieldarts.org.uk

Complaints and queries: Complaints or queries regarding ticket sales, ticket transactions, volunteers, staff or complaints relating to the Lichfield Arts box office/office team should be put in writing to the Office Manager: Mark Jones, Lichfield Arts, Donegal House, Bore Street, Lichfield, WS13 6LU or by email: mark.jones@lichfieldarts.org.uk

Complaints during an event should be approached with the Chief Steward or event Project Manager/Director in the first instance, or the Office Manager post event if this does not resolve the complaint successfully.
